Si tratta di attirare nuovi contatti, ottenendo il loro nome e informazioni di contatto, e iniziare a costruire un rapporto di fiducia con loro, affinch\u00e9 diventino lead qualificati, ovvero persone interessate a comprare il tuo prodotto o servizio.<\/p>\n<p>Il tuo potenziale cliente si trova in una fase di <strong>esplorazione<\/strong>, poich\u00e9 probabilmente non ha ancora chiaro cosa desidera davvero. Non conosce tutte le soluzioni disponibili sul mercato o potrebbe non essere pienamente consapevole del bisogno da soddisfare. Sta cercando informazioni perch\u00e9 sente il bisogno di saperne di pi\u00f9. Devi costruire un rapporto pi\u00f9 forte con i lead qualificati per trasformarli in prospect, ossia persone con un reale interesse all&#8217;acquisto.<\/p>\n<p>Il potenziale cliente \u00e8 in una fase di <strong>interesse<\/strong> e <strong>comparazione<\/strong>: ha gi\u00e0 raccolto abbastanza informazioni generali e ora ha le idee pi\u00f9 chiare. Potrebbe chiederti ancora qualche informazione o decidere di acquistare. In questa fase, dovrai insistere sui vantaggi del tuo prodotto o servizio e sul perch\u00e9 sei migliore dei concorrenti.
