ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

In these TERMS OF SERVICE, “CATHERINE GASON” and “the COMPANY” both mean Catherine Gason, VAT number 01094950324, of Via dei Cavazzeni 5, 34121 Trieste (TS), Italy, who trades under the brand GasOn Marketing and publishes the websites gason-marketing.com and international-seo-consultant.com. “GasOn Marketing” is a brand name and not a separate legal person; all obligations and rights under these TERMS OF SERVICE are those of Catherine Gason. “SERVICES” means the professional services provided by the COMPANY under a separate written engagement agreement, together with the content and websites the COMPANY makes available; “USER” means any person who accesses or uses them. No SERVICES are sold, ordered or contracted through the websites: the websites carry information and the facility to send an enquiry or book an appointment, and booking an appointment does not in itself create a contract or any obligation on either party.

If you do not accept the terms and conditions of CATHERINE GASON’s SERVICES or websites, you must discontinue using them.

The COMPANY may revise this agreement at any time by updating these TERMS OF SERVICE. Accessing and using CATHERINE GASON’s websites after such changes are posted will indicate your agreement to these revised terms. You should visit this page periodically to review this agreement.

USE OF SERVICES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Search engine, AI-platform and market results depend on numerous factors outside CATHERINE GASON’s control, including the decisions of third-party platforms, competitor activity, and the USER’s own implementation.

CONTENT AUTHORSHIP AND EDITORIAL PROCESS

All content published across CATHERINE GASON’s websites – including the Insights, Research and Case Studies – is authored, edited and reviewed by CATHERINE GASON, who exercises editorial control over what is published and stands behind it as her own work. DISCLAIMER

The COMPANY is not responsible for any direct or consequential damages resulting from the use of the SERVICES and the user agrees to defend and indemnify CATHERINE GASON from any claims, losses, expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from the violation of the rights of third parties attributable to it.

The user uses the SERVICES and the websites at their own risk. The COMPANY is not liable to any party for legal/civil or administrative disputes, indirect, specific, incidental, punitive, cautionary or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use the SERVICES. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

CATHERINE GASON is committed to resolving any disputes in a fair and efficient manner. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to the SERVICES, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be governed by and resolved in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction provisions set out in these TERMS OF SERVICE or in the applicable written agreement between the parties.

PRIVACY POLICY

The data will be processed in accordance with the relative Privacy Policy.

Any information sent to CATHERINE GASON will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These TERMS OF SERVICE and all matters arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Italian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Trieste (Italy) Courts.

Ogni controversia che non possa essere risolta in via amichevole sarà disciplinata e risolta secondo le disposizioni in materia di legge applicabile e foro competente contenute nei presenti TERMINI DEL SERVIZIO o nel relativo accordo scritto tra le parti.

PRIVACY POLICY

I dati verranno trattati in accordo con la relativa Privacy Policy.
